On May 29th Pop Up Studio31 will be accommodated – as the name suggests – on the 31st floor of the Swissôtel Zürich. Where usually banquets and conferences take place, guests can enjoy exclusive gourmet cuisine for a few days. Sascha Friedrichs - Executive Chef of the restaurant Le Muh - and his team conjure up an exquisite 4-course menu with all kinds of delicious surprises. Friedrich cooks with local products and no carbs. Of course, there are always fine wines to go with the meal.
