What: At the beginning of spring, the menu in Caduffs Wine Loft adapts accordingly: asparagus, morels, strawberries, tomatoes, courgette flowers, wild garlic and much more can finally be used again as ingredients. From april 24th to may 5th 2018, special spring-menus can be enjoyed, such as diverse morel recipes.
