Edible Blossoms

Do you like it when your menu is decorated with beautiful blossoms? But are you not quite sure which flowers are really edible? Then visit this event on May 31st in the Mesa Restaurant on the subject of "Edible Blossoms". Lilo Meier from «Blütenschmaus» presents her new book. The production of delicacies made out of fresh organic roses from Zurich is a great passion of Meier. Nectar and ragweed are also used. Most of the products of «Blütenschmaus» are made with fresh flowers, as these transfer their scents and flavours better and there is no loss of quality through drying or preservation. Of course, all kinds of delicacies are also served at the vernissage by Restaurant Mesa.
