The Pavillon is the gourmet Restaurant of the noble Hotel Baur au Lac. Guests are pampered with modern French cuisine, mixed with exotic spices: A true experience for the senses. The in-house chef Pâtissier will surely amaze you with his dessert creations. GaultMillau named chef Laurent Eperon as "Achiever 2017" and awarded the Pavillon with 18 points. The restaurant also has a Michelin star. The Pavillon is located in a beautiful park and was designed by the star architect Pierre-Yves Rochon.
