The La Salle celebrates a mixture of Italian, French and Swiss cuisine. The milk and meat products come from species-appropriate husbandry, the ingredients are all seasonal. The furnishing is simple and kept in the noble industrial-chic with a lot of concrete. More than 600 ships were previously built in the former factory on the waterfront. A visit to La Salle can be combined with a visit to the theatre, as the restaurant is part of the theatre.
