In the Jdaburg the attention to detail can be seen both in the furnishings and the menus. The ambience is modern and hip, with simple wooden tables and grey walls. The young owners Gian and Nico Gross are two brothers from the Engadin (Eastern Switzerland) who spent part of their childhood in Piedmont, Italy. Both influences are noticeable in the Jdaburg, especially when it comes to wine and grappa selection. The Restaurant is very small and a little tight, so I strongly recommend to make a reservation.
