What: King's Roast was yesterday - today we talk about Queen's Roast. So is the Smith and de Luma in Zurich. The spectacle on May 9th starts in the afternoon. The hosts then grill a 60 kilogram torso made of the finest Swiss veal on a three-legged charcoal grill. Guests can already watch and look forward to the evening. Then the finest pieces are served: from neck and loin back to breast and kidney piece. In addition there are fresh side dishes and exquisite wine from the restaurants own cellar. More infos here.
