Learn all about sourdough

The production of sourdough bread fits better than ever into our society. In a time where everything has to be quick and fast, the sour bread baking forces to decelerate. In the baking course at the Mühlerama Museum, you will learn all about it: In the four-hour course, Sara Witmer from the baking school will show you how bread is made from flour, salt and water and explain the phenomenon of sourdough from the ground up. At the end of the course pizzas will be prepared and served together. Thus, tips and tricks and experiences of sourdough production can be exchanged while sitting together. The event lasts from 2.00pm to 7.00pm. You can sign up for it here.
