On May 23rd, the restaurant Franz will host a very special event. NZZ columnist Samuel Herzog reads publicly from his book "Mundstücke", which contains 33 of his best columns on cooking ingredients. The passionate cook and eater views cooking from his own point of view and is always good for a surprise. Since some of his stories make your mouth water and your tummy growl, the guests must of course also be fed. The team from restaurant Franz takes care of this. In keeping with the stories of Samuel Herzog, there will first be an aperitif and then a 4-course menu. If the weather is nice, the event takes place on the beautiful terrace.
