Cooking with wild Berries and Herbs

On this walk on May 27th organised by the WWF, you will learn all about wild herbs and how to use them in the kitchen. In Europe, there are almost 1500 edible plants growing on your doorstep: In the forest, in hedges or meadows. On this occasion you will not only learn abstract knowledge, but you can also apply it to some recipes. Be it forest salad with maple blossoms or a tree sprout rissotto. You will also visit the permaculture garden of ETH Zurich. In the "seedcity" how it is also called, there are 30 different vegetables, berries, fruit trees and mushrooms. You can register here.
