On May 17th the Ada-Lokma Food Truck with authentic Anatolian specialities will be at the Toni Areal in Zürich. The operators, the couple Aysen Örikaya Özkan and Aydin Özkan dug up old Anatolian recipes from their grandparents and cook them in the original Bedouin way. The dishes are naturally seasoned without additives. There is a wide variety of menus so that there is something for everyone: From Lokma - vegan dough balls with sugar syrup, vegetarian feta cheese wraps to the classic doner kebabs with beef. So stop by and enjoy your lunch.
