In the former paper-factory you can enjoy fine cuisine at lunchtime and in the evening. Thanks to the open kitchen, guests can watch how seasonal and regional ingredients are processed into elaborate menus. On Saturday and Sunday a brunch buffet all you can eat is waiting for you. The old elements of the factory are still visible in furninshing. The glass chimney and other elements make the room very cosy despite the industrial chic. The tables are wide apart, which provides a pleasant privacy.
