The Restaurant l'Opera is known for its fish-specialities and that they attach great importance to sustainability. The menu is large and varied. The food is so elaborately  arranged that the guest almost regrets to "destroy" it. But the taste experience that follows dissipates the „bad conscience“ within a short time.
