Not Guilty serves healthy fast food. The idea behind it is that food should also be healthy and without additives, if the guest are in a hurry. The ingredients are picked up fresh from the farmer’s market in the morning, most of the suppliers are personally known by the staff of the Take Away Restaurant. There is a fresh soup of the day, salads and smoothies. The founder quit his job as a pilot in 2006 and pursued his long-cherished dream of owning his own take-away restaurant.
