Die Waid
In the Restaurant die Waid outside Zürich, guests are spoiled with seasonal delicacies specially created for Mother's Day. The menu includes, for example, Consommé de Crèpes et Truffes: Homemade porcini broth with stuffed ravioli, asparagus cubes and truffle pearls. Or Tranches de Carré de Veau "Vielle France": Oven-roasted veal carré with morel sauce, accompanied by white asparagus and fried potatoes. Dolder Grand
The Dolder Grand also pampers all mothers for their special day with a brunch and an afternoon tea. The latter takes place in the lobby of the hotel from 2 m to 6pm.
