Just in time for the start of summer, the Baltho Küche & Bar offers a bar course on "Cocktails and Fruits", where you learn to make various cocktails. Imaginative and seasonal drinks are conjured up from fresh fruits. The Balthos is known as a meeting place for cocktail and wine lovers, but also has a lot to offer in the beer sector - especially beers from small breweries. The philosophy of the restaurant is: "Timeless classics, regionally and seasonally varied and a fascination for international dishes".
