Become an Olive Oil Pro

On June 1st, an olive oil sommelier workshop will take place as part of the Food Zurich. The noble oil, which tastes sometimes mild and fruity, sometimes tart and spicy, is indispensable in our kitchen today. On this tasting occasion, you can test yourself through the variety of oils from the Mediterranean. Olive oil sommelière Wilma van Grinsven leads you through the two-hour event and shows you the oil in all its facets. After the workshop there will be an aperitif. The course will be held in English.
