Every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm the large baking oven of the Mühlerama Museum is open to the public. Young and old can bring a dough from home or buy the ingredients at the local museum shop. Then off into the oven with your creation: Whether it’s pizza, sourdough bread or cinnamon snail. There are no limits to your imagination - anything consisting of dough can go into the baking oven. With the other participants you can share the best baking tips and exchange your recipes. If you want to learn even more, you can also attend one of the museum's baking courses.
